Initial Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation
A thorough, specialized assessment conducted over 1–2 long sessions to establish a comprehensive diagnosis, rule out physical causes for symptoms, and formulate a treatment plan.
Differential Diagnosis Consultation
Used for complex or long-standing cases where the referring practitioner (Pediatrician or Psychologist) requires medical expertise to distinguish between conditions with similar symptoms (e.g., severe ADHD vs. Bipolar disorder, or mood changes due to a physical illness).
Neurodevelopmental Disorder Assessment
Specialist evaluation for conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Learning Disorders

Treatment & Medication Management (Pharmacological Care)
Psychotropic Medication Management
Prescribing, initiating, and adjusting medications (e.g., stimulants, antidepressants, mood stabilizers) specific to the child’s diagnosis.
Medication Review Appointments
Follow-up sessions dedicated to monitoring the effectiveness and managing side effects (especially metabolic monitoring required for certain drugs).
Risk Assessment & Safety Planning
Specialist evaluation and intervention for patients presenting with high-risk behaviors, such as suicide attempts, self-harm, or severe aggression.

Consultation-Liaison (C-L) Service
The Psychiatrist works directly with the Pediatrician and the Psychologist to provide collaborative guidance on patients who have complex medical and psychiatric comorbidity (e.g., chronic pain, epilepsy, or failure to follow medical treatment due to emotional factors).
Psychiatric Second Opinion
Providing expert evaluation for families who have received a previous diagnosis or treatment plan elsewhere..
Multidisciplinary Case Formulation
Scheduled time for the entire clinical team to review the most complex cases, ensuring that the pharmacological, therapeutic, and medical treatments are perfectly aligned.
